The Anderson Island Amateur Radio Club

The Anderson Island Amateur Radio Club (AIARC) is located on Anderson Island, WA., 14 miles Southwest of Tacoma. Our membership ranges from newly licensed to widely experienced amateur radio operators and other community members interested in amateur radio. The clubs mission is to assist and support members of our community that are interested in obtaining their license and provide operating and learning opportunities through various events and club projects.

Monthly meeting in person

We meet at the Anderson Island Historical Society (AIHS). Archival building on the 4th Monday of the month., at 7 PM – 9306 Otso Point Rd, Anderson Island, WA 98303

Weekly Wednesday Net on air 7 PM

All licensed Amateurs are encouraged to participate. We 1st connect with an off island repeater K7NP on 2 Meter 145.290 MHz, Tone 114.8. After connecting with the off island repeater we then turn to our local simplex frequency of 146.400 MHz. Then finally we move to our repeater WA7AI 444.200 MHz, Tone 100, Offset +5 MHz.
